What is Ellansé?
Ellansé is a collagen-stimulating filler developed by Sinclair (UK). It is made of polycaprolactone (PCL) microspheres suspended in a carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) gel carrier. It not only fills volume immediately after injection but also encourages your skin to produce its own collagen over time. Ellansé holds European CE certification and Korean MFDS (식약처) approval.
How It Works
Ellansé works in two stages. First, the CMC gel carrier immediately fills hollow areas to create volume. Over the following weeks the CMC gel is gradually absorbed, while the remaining PCL microspheres stimulate fibroblasts to produce new collagen, so volume is maintained naturally. The PCL is slowly broken down and cleared by the body over time.
