What is Potenza?
Potenza is a microneedling radiofrequency (RF) device developed and manufactured by Jeisys Medical and supplied globally through Cynosure (USA). It inserts fine microneedles into the skin and delivers RF energy from the needle tips into the dermis. By combining monopolar and bipolar modes with 1 MHz and 2 MHz frequencies, treatment depth and intensity can be finely tailored to a wide range of skin concerns.
How It Works
Potenza inserts fine microneedles down to the dermis and releases RF energy at the needle tips. This heat creates controlled micro-coagulation in the dermis, and as the skin repairs itself it produces new collagen and elastin. The semi-insulated Tiger Tip can treat multiple depths at once, while the Fusion Tip supports delivery of active ingredients into the skin during treatment. By varying insulated or non-insulated needles and frequency, the surface is protected while the target layer is treated intensively.
