What is Silhouette Soft?
Silhouette Soft is an absorbable thread lift featuring PLLA (poly-L-lactic acid) 3D cones arranged bidirectionally. Unlike conventional barbed threads, the cone-shaped anchors grip tissue three-dimensionally, providing more stable and predictable lifting results.
How It Works
Bidirectional cones gather subcutaneous tissue toward the center, creating an immediate physical lift. As the PLLA cones gradually absorb over 8–12 months, they stimulate new type I collagen production around each cone, maintaining the lifting effect through collagen scaffolding.
